Wedding Planning Services

Wedding Coordination (On-The-Day Coordination)

This service is for couples who have already signed contracts with their chosen suppliers but desire to relieve themselves of the hassle of coordinating everything on their wedding day. Monica shall take over the prepared plans one month before D-Day to polish the details and make sure everything is implemented on the day of the wedding.

Pre-event sessions with Bride and Groom one month before the wedding;
Assist in confirmation of details, services and final agreements with wedding suppliers;
Coordination of vendor payment schedules;
Coordinate with the client and vendors regarding the physical lay-out and set-up of the ceremony and reception location
Coordinate the preparations of the Bride and Groom;
Overall management of the Wedding Ceremony and Reception

Wedding Assistance (Semi-Coordination)

This service is for the hands-on Bride and Groom. Couples may avail of this service when they have already signed with at least seven (7) major suppliers but would like to free themselves of the hassle of polishing up all the details of their special day including the program flow of the wedding reception. Monica shall take care of the wedding preparations three to six months before the wedding.

This service includes:

Unlimited sessions with the Bride and Groom for event and budget planning three to six months before the wedding;
Vendor recommendations for vendors not yet contacted;
Coordination of vendor payment schedules;
Personalized seating chart for the guests;
R.S.V.P Service
On-The-Day Coordination

Wedding Planning (Full Coordination)

For couples with a tight schedule, living or working overseas or for those who want a stress free Wedding, Monica and her team shall assist in the planning and preparation of all wedding details from start to finish. Monica shall collaborate with the couple in conceptualizing the Wedding Theme and assist them in coordinating with various suppliers and vendor, as well as coordinate the on-the-day logistics.

This service includes:
